I recently did a post on what to watch out for when buying older homes. Same applies to flipped homes.
Margins are shrinking due to higher financing costs, and you will likely see the pinched pennies in the quality of flipped homes. Flippers will opt for a lighter, surface-level flip, while deferring the deeper maintenance to the buyer.
